RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. We strive for the best customer service. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please send the returning package to the address:

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, email us at hello@bobaorigin.com with the original order number and return request. 
There is a flat $5.95 charge for shipping any product back to us.

 

REFUNDS

After the item(s) has arrived at our storage, we'll refund you immediately.
There are NO restocking fees.
Please allow at least 3-7 days for the refund amount to be credited back to your original payment method.
